North End Neighborhood Association (NENA)

The North End Neighborhood Association was the city’s first, founded in 1976. Sanctioned and supported by the City of Boise, the mission of a neighborhood association is to work with community members within its boundaries, to create vibrant and thriving connections that increase the livability for everyone. NENA’s boundaries are from State Street to Hill Road, and from 4th to 28th streets. The official NENA website is at
